Node.js Engineer (DevOps required)

Role

As Kado's Node.js / DevOps engineer you will primarily be responsible for helping build out our Node.js infrastructure and backend services, as well as contributing to our DevOps deployment pipelines. Along with improving internal tooling and automation, you will have the opportunity to help build out new features for our new and existing products. You will be responsible for backend architecture core enhancements, features, and support.

Requirements

3+ years in Node.js development
2+ years deploying AWS resources
1+ year implementing Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform)
Experience with Typescript
Experience working with security critical systems
Experience with automating existing processes and streamlining the way teams work
Interest and experience with Crypto / Blockchain / Web3. Terra, Solana, or Avalanache applications or infrastructure experience a plus

Responsibilities

Developing backend services and features in Node.js
Managing cloud-based infrastructure and containers
Automating and streamlining existing processes to aid the development team
Continuously be finding ways to build a more scalable and higher quality architecture and platform
Evaluating and addressing security upgrades
