We are looking for a progressive, forward thinking, passionate Technical Product Manager who lives and breathes a growth mindset and wants to be a part of an agile team. Working alongside the founding Kado team, you will support Engineering and Product teams in delivering goals and initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities will range from planning, through execution and monitoring, to project completion, including a focus on timely delivery, resource allocation, and scope management.
Responsibilities
- Lead sprint reviews and retrospectives to foster a continuous feedback and improvement-driven environment
- Integrate, track, and drive deliverables across a variety of projects and programs
- Work with Kado stakeholders and customers to deliver mission critical projects on-time
- Produce dashboards, roadmaps, plans and documentation to support project efforts, communicate status and manage stakeholder expectations
- Run standup, workgroup meetings, identifying action items and addressing blockers to keep projects on track
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, resources, and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Requirements
- 2 - 5+ years experience working as a technical product manager, scrum master, or similar role
- Working knowledge of project and workstream management tools, e.g Jira.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices; coding experience and/or understanding in Javascript/Node/Python/Rust a +
- Ambitious, self starter who thrives in understanding the details of complex, cross-functional projects and can effectively distill into actionable project plans
- Stronger organizational skills and an analytical view on maximizing productivity, with a focus on value
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eager to ask questions and understand business objectives
- Have the energy and patience to work in a dynamic startup environment and rapidly growing industry
Bonus points
- Technical product manager experience in the cryptocurrency space
- A deep understanding of the Terra, Solana, and/or Avalanche ecosystem(s) and/or stablecoin market
- Experience starting a technical project management strategy for startups
